Pleasantview Apartments is happy to announce our new Tenant Referral Program.
Refer a new tenant to us and if they are approved, sign a lease, move into the unit and reside at the property for a minimum of 60 days you can receive a one month credit towards your rent!
The referred tenant must pay all rent and/or other charges on time and be in good standing for you to qualify for the referral fee. The referral fee will only be given for one person per unit. If you refer more than 1 person but they all rent the same unit together, you will only receive one referral fee. If you refer more than 1 person and thy rent different units then you will receive a referral fee for each unit rented.
